In short

We want Incidenta to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We are working toward WCAG 2.1 AA and welcome your feedback.

On this page

1. Our Commitment

Incidenta, a product of Baind LLC, is committed to making its website and application accessible to as many people as possible, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build the product.

2. Measures We Take

As we design and build Incidenta, we work to:

  • Use semantic HTML and descriptive labels so assistive technologies can interpret content.
  • Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements.
  • Pay attention to color contrast and readable typography.
  • Provide responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
  • Review accessibility as part of our ongoing design and development work.

3. Known Limitations

Incidenta is currently offered on an early-access / beta basis and has not yet undergone a formal, independent accessibility audit. Some parts of the Website or Service may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively improving and prioritize accessibility issues that affect people’s ability to use the product.

4. Feedback & Contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from Incidenta in a different format, please contact Baind LLC at contacto@incidenta.co. Tell us the page or feature and the difficulty you experienced, and we will respond and work to remedy reasonable issues.

5. Standards & Updates

This statement reflects our current accessibility efforts and target of WCAG 2.1 AA. We will update it as our practices and the product mature, revising the “last updated” date when we make material changes.
